Market times remain low, as we have been seeing, and inventory is not being replenished very fast. The average market time for all of the condos that have sold is only 30 days and for the homes that are available, it is currently 108 days. The buyers that are looking are ready to make an offer and there aren't very many homes to choose from. Sellers will see the majority of the buyer's pool as soon as they list their home. With a great first impression, most homes are likely to sell fast. The median sales price for River West condos was $451,500.

Just like the condos, townhomes are selling faster than they are being listed. This presents a great opportunity for a new seller to have a fast sale. Buyers will look at their home as soon as it is listed. A great first impression can be made with beautiful listing images, a 3D walkthrough, decluttering and staging, and, of course, an attractive price. This is the time of year when buyers visit with family and talk about what homes they are seeing on the market. Many will pull up the listings to look at pictures, so it is vital that they look great!The median sales price for townhomes was $586,000.
