There are 20 homes that have gone under contract or sold in less than 30 days, in the $400-500k price range. Last month it may have seemed like having 16 homes available in that range was a lot, but as we can see buyers are snatching up condos in the West Loop just as soon as they are listed. Pricing for the market is the most important step a seller can take for a quick sale. In fact it has a great impact on how many buyers will see the listing. Check out the chart at the bottom of this post to see just how much pricing affects visibility in the market. The median sales price for condos over the past month was $388,000.
