Again, a home finally sold after a long listing time of 556 days. This one also used two agents before selling and dropped the list price by a total of $300k. If you don't want a long listing time to hold you back from your moving plans it is vital to price your home for the market, even if your home is a luxury listing. Buyers are savvy and they study the market looking for a fair deal. The median sales price of River North condos was $450,000.
