Like in many neighborhoods of the city there are very few homes for sale and they are moving fast! Buyers are snatching up condos in this neighborhood in less than a week! Townhomes are moving a little slower, but the months supply of inventory is still showing them in a deep seller's market, which means prices will rise. In fact, prices for attached homes (condos and townhomes) are up 0.6% year-over-year and are averaging a sales price of 96.8% of the asking price. For the week ending March 16 Trulia ranked this neighborhood 31st most popular out of 91 Chicago neighborhoods.
